My love affair with shooting Bane continued last night. If you've followed me at all you know that they are one of the easiest bands I've ever shot to get dramatic images (top 3 easily) as the band brings it every time they play whether it's in front of a couple thousand at This Is Hardcore or a couple hundred on rt 9 in NJ at the end of a tour up and down the East Coast.
Openers Big Bad Wolf, Heavy Chains, and Big Bad Wolf all showed that hardcore is vital and alive before 20 year hardcore vets Bane took the stage.
The crowd sang along with all the songs both old and new showing that after 20 years Bane is not dead yet.
