I've been blessed with decent weather and great subjects. Today I will feature a few of the black and white portraits that I created with Fancy Mars with my Nikon D810, Nikkor 35 1.4, and two Nikon SB-910's.

I'm working on a detailed post about the creation of the images with Fancy but for today I wanted to share just a few. We headed to Coney Island on an overcast but warm (for early December) day and made the most of the flat backgrounds. 

Ms. Mars is amazing to shoot with lots of energy and ideas and a great sense of herself. Also keep in mind that she will only eat if the place of business has an A on it's window. If that is the extent of any eccentricity sign me up now. Looking forward to getting her in front of my camera again. She brings a unique style without any false ego. Good Stuff.
